The N64 has been dead for two Nintendo console iterations now, but the dream for the portable version the company never created still lives on. We've seen plenty of homemade creations, but the latest from modder Zenloc claims to be the world's smallest at 120 x 200 x 50mm. As it turns out it isn't, the Retro 64 mod from earlier this summer is slightly smaller, but you'd need particularly large pantaloons to mistake either as pocket-sized. Sadly this one has ditched its D-pad in the quest to shave off a few inches, but we think it otherwise looks quite nice, and the modder hopes you will too, as he's put the thing on eBay -- humorously listed as "refurbished."

 The timing and price are up in the air, but Acer's next high-end gaming notebook will be the first using DirectX 11 graphics. It's also going to be insane.

Fudzilla's reporting that the Aspire 8942G-728G1280TWN is going to be a beast, shipping with a Core i7 processor at 1.6GHz, 8GB of DDR3 RAM, and the all-important ATI Radeon HD5850 graphics card. The other specs are equally over the top—18.4" 1980x1080 LED display, two 640GB hard drives, 8-cell battery—but what we're most excited about are graphics like this:




























 Expect it on the market in early 2010 for a whole lot of cash. It also weighs over 10 pounds, so make sure to lift with your legs.

Overview : Motorcycle racing games have been a favorite in old arcades for several years. You know which games I mean the ones where there an actual motorcycle body you can sit on and you really have to lean into the turns. The illusion of racing a bullet bike at breakneck speeds is sometimes irresistible. Even better are the arcades that have several machines linked for multiplayer racing. This style of game has been mostly an arcade-only experience until now. Moto Racer brings the adrenaline rush to the PC, and even though it still has a long way to go to match the full arcade machines it was still lots of fun to play, especially with friends.
